The company offers organizations a reliable, high-quality alternative to in-house training for business development, market development and people development. We provide individual coaching for the acquisition of specific skills.

Retainer Consulting

We represent clients as an extension of their business development and Human Resource development functions. This begins with a complete understanding of the client company's situation, objective, and constraints. We the represent the client company by sifting through training trends and developments within the sector education and training authorities and advise and guide client companies with regards best practice for training and development. We assist clients with development plans and career patching.

Project Consulting

Proposed on a per-project and per-milestone basis, project consulting offers a client company a way to harness our specific qualities and use our expertise to solve specific problems, develop and/or implement plans, and develop specific information taht relate to training and skills development.
